In and Out stands to demonstrate the inner release of emotions and their sometimes-unfortunate trapping within our souls. Hence, the difficulties, we are often confronted with, are closely correlated to our struggles with expressing ourselves. In our attempts to further explore In and Out we are willingly putting ourselves in a position of confrontation with our emotional and psychological self; worth being investigated in depth.
